However, the landscape has shifted. Today, beyond mere work-life equilibrium, people seek workplaces that foster a caring culture, offer equality, and provide avenues for professional growth. Among these emerging priorities, one parameter that stands out prominently is mental health.

Additionally, 33.3 per centof participants preferred skills enhancement and continuous learning, signaling a growing emphasis on personal and professional development. Notably, the convenience of remote work options garnered 16 per cent of the votes, indicative of the evolving nature of work arrangements in today's digital age. Talking to Bizz Buzz, PV Shyam Sunder, Director and the Director of Concept and Technology at Evolv28 says, “Gen Z prioritizes well-being to a great extent. Witnessing the toll of burnout and stress on the earlier generations, they're committed to making self-care a priority in their lives.”

Embracing work-life balance, remote opportunities, and flexible schedules aligning with their desire for independence and creativity. Yet, beyond these pursuits, they actively seek approaches to nurture their mind resilience, he added.

Harnessing their tech-savvy nature, Gen Z seamlessly utilizes digital wellness tools and mindfulness programs with traditional therapy, highlighting their commitment to holistic well-being in today's rapidly changing world. Taking this into account, at Evolv28, we're dedicated to making mental well-being technology more accessible, bringing inner peace within closer reach than ever before.
