Hyderabad Aparna Enterprises, a leading conglomerate in the building material industry, announced its foray into the business to consumer (B2C) with the launch of its first company owned outlet in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Over Rs 10 crore will be invested in this financial year to launch 20 more stores across five States. The company owned outlets will display a wide array of products in the tile segment along with tiles, unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC), aluminum doors & windows. For deeper penetration, the company will expand its reach through franchise model and third party multi-brand B2C outlets as well. The growing aspiration of India’s middleclass to own a home in the post pandemic world is one of the key reasons driving Aparna Enterprises to move closer to its customers with the launch of its B2C business.

Ashwin Reddy, MD of Aparna Enterprises, said: “For over 27 years, Aparna Enterprises has flourished in the building materials in the business-to-business (B2B) segment and we feel now it is the right time to expand into the B2C segment with the launch of our own showrooms. Indian consumers today are well researched and are strongly inclined towards best quality choices. Our aim is to bring our best in class, modern range of solutions in the tile, uPVC & aluminum windows and doors category much closer to the customers”.

We hope that our company owned outlets would contribute to nearly 10 per cent to our revenue in the next five years led by Vitero &Vester. As a business, we have been growing at a Compound annual growth rate of 15 per cent in the last four years and we are eying to exit the current financial year with a turnover of Rs 2,000 crore. We aim to touch 50 company owned stores by FY25, he added.
