Brochure on CREDAI Vizag Property Show released

Visakhapatnam Brochure of the 7th edition of CREDAI Visakhapatnam Property Expo being organised on December 24, 25 and 26 was released on Saturday.

The show will focus on gated communities and affordable apartments for Visakhapatnam designated as the executive capital.

CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chairman Bayana Srinivasa Rao, President KSRK Raju, honorary secretary E. Ashok Kumar and convener V. Sreenu told media that CREDAI Visakhapatnam had successfully organised it's last six property expos. The annual event this year aims at bringing all stakeholders under one roof and provide an opportunity to buyers to select dream home from among the umpteen varieties of flats, plots, villas, luxury houses and units from gated communities that will be on display.

The brochure of the property expo, containing all details, was released by the SBI DGM Manmaya Pandab.

Giving a brief account of CREDAI Visakhapatnam, which began its journey as Apartment Builders Association in 1989 and became CREDAI Visakhapatnam when it was affiliated to CREDAI National in 2010, KSRK Raju, who presided over, said that quality and timely delivery had been the hallmarks of construction by the members of CREDAI Visakhapatnam and it has become a symbol of trust and confidence among buyers.

It has always been in the forefront in organising CSR activities and its contribution of Rs.20 lakh to Mission COVID Suraksha Vaccine Trail Centre for COVID-19 at PHC Adivivaram.

Chairman Bayana Srinivasa Rao recalled how urbanisation was taking place at a rapid pace and CREDAI Visakhapatnam had been making efforts to provide affordable houses to all sections in the society.

He also mentioned the steep hike in price of construction materials like cement, steel, sand etc., and once the rate for the buyer is finalised, the price hike is absorbed by the builder to avoid additional burden to the buyer. Financial institutions including SBI, which will participate in the property expo will offer incentives to the on-spot buyers.

Honorary secretary E. Ashok Kumar and convener of property expo V. Sreenu informed that reputed construction companies will participate and houses which suits all sections of people in the society will be on display.

Manmaya Pandab, DGM, SBI said that his bank had been the market leader in providing home finance. He said SBI will cater to the needs of all types of buyers of houses, ranging from Rs.30 lakh to Rs.1 crore.

K. Srinivas, committee member, proposed a vote of thanks.
