Vivo’s New X300 Phones Bring a Big Camera Twist That Changes Everything
Vivo X300 and X300 Pro land in India with a surprising camera setup, Zeiss optics and long update support, creating buzz among premium smartphone buyers.

Indian market for the new Vivo X300 series has come as a surprise to many as the company decided to make pre-orders available today. The entire series is equipped with highly advanced imaging hardware which has received the support of Zeiss along with Mediatek's Dimensity 9500 platform making the devices a tough competition for The OnePlus 15, Oppo X9, and iQOO 15.
Price and availability
Vivo is offering the X300 at:
• Rs 75,999 for the 12 GB/256 GB version
• Rs 81,999 for the 12 GB/512 GB variant
• Rs 85,999 for the 16 GB/512 GB variant
The X300 Pro is sold only in one configuration—16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage—with a price tag of Rs 1,09,999.
In addition, the company would provide a 10% cashback through SBI, IDFC, and Axis Bank cards. Purchasers will also get Vivo TWS 3e earbuds along with an 18-month Google AI Pro plan. An extra telephoto extender kit for the camera system can be bought separately at Rs 18,999.
Delivery will commence on December 10 while the pre-order facility is available from today.
X300 features a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display, HDR10+ certification, and very high brightness of 4,500 nits. The duo is protected by Armor Glass and also IP68 & IP69 certified, so water exposure up to 1.5 meters for a short duration will not affect their functioning.
Vivo is providing the X300 series with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and assures five years of OS upgrade and seven years of security update.
The devices are powered by the Dimensity 9500 CPU. To facilitate 4K HDR digital portrait video capture, the company adds its V3+ imaging chip, which is specially made for this function

Vivo X300 Pro
The Pro version comes with a bigger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED panel having a 120 Hz refresh rate and the same 4,500-nit peak brightness, which means that the device can achieve 2,000 nits brightness in its high-brightness mode.
The camera unit consists of:
• A 50 MP primary sensor of Sony model LYT828 with optical image stabilization.
• A 50 MP ultra-wide sensor of Samsung model JN1.
• A telephoto lens with 200 MP resolution that provides 3.5 times optical zoom.
• A front camera with a resolution of 50 MP of Samsung model JN1.
