Vivo X300 Ultra Coming Soon: Massive Battery, High-End Camera Setup
Vivo X300 Ultra tipped to launch globally with 120Hz LTPO display, 7,000mAh battery, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and premium camera features.

The news firmly suggests that Vivo is going to be presenting the X300 Ultra as the premium option in its X300 series early next year. Already many specifications and design hints have spread online indicating what the device could present even before an official unveiling.
The new one is said to have a 6.82-inch flat LTPO display made by BOE with a 2K resolution. Leaks reveal a narrow-edge panel along with a right-angle metal frame which gives a more sophisticated design. The X300 Ultra will have a big round camera module on it, so reminiscent of the X200 Ultra, but on the other hand, it may eliminate the dedicated side-mounted camera button which was introduced in the previous model.
Vivo's X200 Ultra had launched with a very different blue-striped camera button that allowed sliding gestures and easy thumb use for taking pictures or changing settings in landscape mode. The removal of this button on the X300 Ultra is an indication of a little shift in the company’s design preferences.
The X300 Ultra global version has also been included in the European Economic Community (EEC) database, which is an indication of its possible release in the European markets. Although the listing confirms its existence, it doesn't give any elaborate specifications or listing of features.
The smartphone is said to have a triple-camera system made up of two 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide shooter according to previous leaks. The display would have a refresh rate of 120Hz together with high-frequency PWM dimming, which is intended to boost visual performance and lessen eye fatigue.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip is predicted to be the one powering the phone. The X300 Ultra might get a hefty 7,000mAh battery and a third-generation 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that will be super secure and cause less drain on the battery.
Observers from the industry suggest that the X300 Ultra represents Vivo's move to combine its topmost flagship category through superior hardware, better display technology, and a more simplified design. The official announcement is likely to take place in early 2026, and price, color choices, and market availability are likely to be revealed in the following months.
