Vivo has confirmed the launch date of its much-awaited X300 series, marking a significant update in its flagship lineup. The company is positioning the new range as a performance and imaging powerhouse, signaling a sharper focus on software innovation and camera upgrades powered by Zeiss Optics.
The Vivo X300 series will debut in China on October 13, with the brand unveiling its new OriginOS 6 interface three days earlier on October 10. The India launch is expected to follow in November 2025, with market estimates hinting at a starting price of around Rs 80,000.
According to early leaks, the Vivo X300 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display, while the X300 Pro could house a 6.7-inch panel. Both devices may continue Vivo’s signature flat-edge design and retain the large circular rear camera housing, a familiar trait from previous X-series models.
The Vivo X300 lineup is set to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The phones will debut with OriginOS 6 out of the box, designed to deliver improved UI smoothness, system optimization, and AI-driven performance for global and Chinese users alike.
The camera system remains a major highlight. The Vivo X300 series is expected to carry a triple-camera setup featuring a 200MP telephoto periscope lens, accompanied by wide and ultra-wide sensors. The X300 Pro could lead the lineup with enhanced zoom capabilities and more advanced image processing support.
Reports indicate that the Vivo X300 may include a 6,040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro will likely pack a 6,500mAh unit. Both models are expected to support 90W wired fast charging, enabling users to quickly power up their devices.
