Vivo has planned the release of its new X300 series internationally today, the 30th of October, 2025. Just a few hours prior to the official presentation, fresh leaks have revealed critical information regarding the two models, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. The data consists of their design choices, their configurations, and the hardware advancements they come with.

According to the tipster Paras Guglani's post on X (previously Twitter), the Vivo X300 Pro will be available in four colors — Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White, and Dune Brown. The regular X300 is reportedly going to be available in Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black. Nevertheless, the company may change the color options for some specific countries, like India.

It is anticipated that these two cellphones will be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Chipset supported by a massive 16GB RAM. The internal storage can be as much as 512GB.

The entry-level model Vivo X300 5G is possibly going to have a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 Plus LTPO AMOLED screen, while the X300 Pro may offer a bigger 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, indicating a difference in size but the same technology being utilized in both.

Vivo X300 is said to come with a main camera that consists of a 200MP HPB sensor providing stabilization, a 50MP ultra-wide JN1 lens, and a 50MP LYT-602 telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom as well.

On the other hand, the Pro version switches the setup around — it is predicted that apart from the 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope with 3.5X optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide JN1 lens, the model will also come with a 50MP front-facing camera shared by both devices for selfies and video calls.

The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, very likely, will boot Android 16-based OriginOS 6 as soon as they are put in operation. The joint effort of the latest MediaTek processor with Vivo’s personal software hints at a performance-oriented, well-mannered setup that takes care of multitasking and gaming...

More information regarding prices and the availability of markets is to be expected with the launch of the global X300 series by Vivo.
