Vivo has launched the X300, which is a premium smartphone that aims to be the best in the mobile photography characterization of the premium smartphones. The device that is going to cost the customers between Rs 70,000 and Rs 80,000, it is going to compete with the OnePlus 15, the Realme GT 8 Pro, and the iQOO 15 and will be focusing on those who want to take good pictures and still prefer a small phone with good performance.

The Vivo X300 is one of the few smartphones that have a petite size with a 6.31-inch display and a thickness of 7.99mm and a weight of only 190 grams. The company applies its Coral Velvet Glass finish making a smooth, fingerprint-resistant surface. The Mist Blue color option changes its tonality according to the light angles, giving a very soft, elegant, and no obtrusive look.

With the unibody 3D glass design the transition from frame to camera module is made as if it is one piece. The buttons are positioned accurately, and the front display is fitted with ultra-thin symmetrical bezels which are providing the users with complete view. The phone uses Diamond Armor Glass, and is also certified with IP68 and IP69, meaning that it is dustproof and waterproof, and can also withstand high-pressure water jets.

The Vivo X300 is endowed with a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel. The display permits varying refresh rates and has a local peak brightness of 4,500 nits while the global peak brightness figure is 2,000. HDR tuning and Immersive Dual-Engine technology increase the accuracy of colors and the visibility in sunlight. UltraMotion enables users to select a refresh rate of either 90 Hz or 120 Hz in most applications thereby improving the fluidity in everyday tasks.

There are also eye-care features that include a 1-nit minimum brightness which adds comfort for the user during the prolonged usage.

The device runs the OriginOS 6, a customized version of Android 16, that smoothes upight transitions and offers eye-catching visual elements, among other things. Flip Cards also have beautiful wallpapers that change, depending on the movement detected using the gyroscope. Creating comfort for the users, the revamped control center supports one-handed operation, the Origin Island feature suggests context-aware information and app integration without any interruptions. Office Kit works with mirroring, task handoff, and note syncing and thus boosting real-world productivity.

X300 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor based on a 3nm fabrication process together with ARM V9.3 architecture. Subsequently, a maximum of 16GB RAM and 512GB storage are excellent for all daily activities and gaming. Geekbench single-core and multi-core benchmark scores are, respectively, 3,379 and 10,127.

It's the GPU that also delivers highly enjoyable gaming experience when playing demanding games like COD Mobile and BGMI, and together with the Glacier Cooling System, it keeps the GPUs at stable temperatures during the prolonged gaming sessions.

Vivo emphasizes taking photos with the main 200MP ZEISS camera, which uses HPB hardware customization for capturing minute details. Dynamic range and sharpness are improved through multi-frame fusion. Lighting conditions for night shots are made easier because of SNR10 optimization and ZEISS T* coating, with dark scenes getting the right colors and the right textures. The next-gen telephoto lens with a LYT-602 sensor can zoom in 100x but still keep the subject sharp.

The front 50MP ZEISS wide-angle camera has autofocus feature, producing, thus, high-detail selfies. The V3+ imaging chip performs consistently giving out natural results in all shooting conditions.

A 6,040mAh battery is included with the X300, and its optimized system architecture gives it the whole day use under heavy-duty workloads. Fast charging is available for both 90W wired and 40W wireless. Bypass charging and Battery Life Extender are among the battery management features that allow the battery to be in top condition for a long time even if it is used for gaming or photography extensively.

Vivo’s X300 challenges the premium category with its compact design, performance, and camera features as the main attractions. The battery size of some rivals might be bigger, or the hardware might be the same, but the X300 stands out in the areas of photography, software upgrades, and comfort at the same time. It costs Rs 75,999, which makes it a perfectly balanced flagship for those who want a combination of innovation, portability, and excellence in imaging.
