Vivo X300 Pro Is Here — What Makes This Phone So Different?

Vivo has now launched its X300 and X300 Pro series in China. The latest series by the brand is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and is equipped with the brand's OriginOS 6 which runs on Android 16.
The X300 series is not only an extension of the design and feature development witnessed with the previous year’s X200 models but also a cancellation of the “Pro Max” edition this time around. The company is currently concentrating on both performance and photography enhancements.
The Vivo X300 has a price of approximately Rs 54,300 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The cost of the 16GB + 256GB variant is about Rs 58,200, whereas the price of the flagship 16GB + 1TB model is roughly Rs 73,000.
The basic version of the Vivo X300 Pro starts at around Rs 65,400, and the price rises to about Rs 74,200 for the 16GB + 512GB variant. The limited-edition handset with 16GB RAM, 1TB storage, and satellite communication is priced at approximately Rs 1.03 lakh.
The exact date of the Indian launch is still uncertain, but it might happen in November. The Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and the X300 Pro has a 6.78-inch 1.5K screen. The two devices are driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 CPU and can accommodate up to 16GB RAM and 1TB inbuilt storage.
X300 is powered by a 6,040mAh battery which is packed in a slim body of 7.95mm thickness weighing around 190 grams. X300 Pro, on the other hand, has a battery of 6,510mAh and its weight is 226 grams with 7.9mm thickness. Both of the new smartphones run on the latest Android 16-based OriginOS 6 interface. Other features that have been added by Vivo are an action button, stereo speakers, and an x-axis linear motor which will enhance the typing experience.
Vivo X300 features a 200MP main sensor plus OIS, accompanied by 50MP ultrawide and 50MP periscope zoom lens; however, the Vivo X300 Pro's main camera boasts a 50MP Sony sensor with OIS, 50MP ultrawide and 200MP periscope lens having OIS too. A 50MP camera for selfies and video calls is also present in both versions.
