Vivo is preparing to release its next-generation X300 series, and fresh leaks have detailed the device’s expected specifications. According to sources, the smartphones will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor alongside Vivo’s proprietary V3+ imaging chip, marking a significant upgrade in processing and camera technology.
The upcoming Vivo X300 5G is rumored to sport a 6.31-inch LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Reports indicate that BOE’s Q10+ substrate will power the screen, enabling brightness levels as low as 1 nit. The panel is expected to maintain uniform bezels on all four sides, supporting a clean and balanced design.
On the camera front, the Vivo X300 could include a 200MP primary sensor with a 1/1.4-inch HPB layout.
