Vivo is preparing to unveil its latest smartphone, the Vivo V60e, in India on Tuesday, October 7, at 12 noon. The launch event will be available for live streaming across official channels.
Ahead of its debut, most specifications and details of the device have already been confirmed. The Vivo V60e will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor, a 4nm 5G chipset, and is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery supporting 90W flash charging. The phone operates on FunTouch OS 15 and will offer AI Captions for meeting transcriptions. Vivo has promised three major OS upgrades and five years of security updates. Google Gemini compatibility is also included.
Leaked reports indicate the Vivo V60e will be priced competitively, starting at Rs 34,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The 8GB + 256GB variant may cost Rs 36,999, while the 12GB + 256GB edition could reach Rs 38,999. The company has hinted that this will be the first 200-megapixel camera smartphone in India under Rs 40,000.
The device will launch in two colors: Elite Purple and Noble Gold. Consumers can purchase it via the Vivo India e-store, select retail partners, and Flipkart, with potential launch offers expected.
The Vivo V60e features a 200-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization, paired with an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. The front-facing camera is a 50-megapixel autofocus wide-angle sensor offering a 92-degree field of view. The phone integrates AI-based camera tools including AI Festival Portrait, AI Four Season Portrait, and AI Image Expander.
The display is a Quad-Curved 120Hz screen with peak brightness of 1,600 nits. Additional features include IP68 and IP69 certification, Wet-Hand Touch functionality, and One-Tap Water Ejection.
