Vivo V29 5G Launch Shocks India: 250MP Camera at Just Rs 11,999

Vivo has pushed the mid-range smartphone line into new territory with the launch of the V29 5G, introducing hardware that usually appears only in high-priced models. The device arrives with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, a 250MP Sony primary camera, a 2K curved AMOLED screen, and wireless charging. The company priced it at Rs 11,999, setting off strong interest across online and offline stores.

Vivo has equipped the V29 5G with a 6.78-inch 2K curved AMOLED panel. The screen supports a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and high peak brightness. The curved frame gives more viewing area and strengthens immersion during long video sessions and gaming. Users who rely on content streaming are expected to find the display suited for extended usage.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It works with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and manages heavy apps, multitasking, and graphically intense games without slowdowns.
