Vivo Ignite 2023 draws over 19,000 entries

Vivo, a leading smartphone brand has announced that ‘Vivo Ignite: Technology and Innovation Awards 2023’, had witnessed a participation of more than 19,000 registrations and over 4,000 innovative projects from students of grades 8-12. Students from across the country submitted individual/ group entries under ‘Tech for Good’ theme, demonstrating their problem-solving approach to make a positive social impact.

This was the second phase of the competition which unfolds into two phases and a grand finale. In this phase, top 200 zonal winners were shortlisted from the lot and will be required submit a video of their prototype/working model along with a project display board.

The first prize winner will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 7 lakh, with 4 runners-up sharing cash prizes worth Rs14 lakh. The award season commenced on November 25, 2023 and it will culminate on February 10, 2024 with a grand finale.
