Tecno Launches Pova 7, 7 Pro in India: Price, Specs Revealed
Tecno's new Pova 7 series brings 144Hz screens, AI chatbot, fast charging, and better network support. Available online from July 10.

Tecno has introduced its latest Pova 7 and Pova 7 Pro smartphones in the Indian market. The new devices feature MediaTek's Dimensity 7300 Ultimate 5G processor, large batteries, and upgraded displays. Sales begin July 10 via online retailers.
The Pova 7 is priced at Rs 14,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version, and Rs 15,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Pova 7 Pro carries a price tag of Rs 18,999 for the 128GB model, while the 256GB version costs Rs 19,999.
The Pro variant is equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display supporting 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It reaches up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The regular Pova 7 features the same screen size but uses an LCD panel, retaining the 144Hz refresh rate.
Both models run on MediaTek's Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chip, coupled with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. The devices operate on HiOS 5, based on Android 15.
Each phone in the lineup comes with a 6,000mAh battery. Wired charging is supported at 45W, and the Pova 7 Pro also supports wireless charging up to 30W.
The standard model includes a 50MP primary sensor with an additional light sensor. The Pro version upgrades the optics with a 64MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
Tecno introduces its Ella AI chatbot, which supports multiple Indian languages and integrates into the phone's interface. Both models also include a dynamic light ring around the camera for notifications.
Tecno states that the Pova 7 lineup has been designed to offer improved network performance, with enhancements for better signal reception in low-coverage zones.
The new Tecno Pova 7 series will be available for purchase starting July 10 via e-commerce platforms.
