Samsung has officially launched the One UI 8 beta program, based on Android 16, for its Galaxy S25 lineup. Users with eligible Galaxy S25 devices can now sign up and test Samsung's upcoming software before its final release.
The beta program, initiated on May 28, 2025, is open to Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra models. The recently released Galaxy S25 Edge has not yet been included. Countries where the beta is live include the U.S., U.K., Germany, South Korea, India, and Poland. Availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
To participate, users must use the Samsung Members app. Here's the procedure:
1. Open the Samsung Members app on an eligible Galaxy S25 series device.
2. Navigate to the "Beta program" section.
3. Select the One UI 8 S25 Beta banner.
4. Tap on "Join."
