SG partners with Salesforce to digitize cricket trade channels

Hyderabad: Sanspareils Greenlands (SG), one of India’s most iconic cricket brands and a leading sports equipment manufacturer, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Salesforce, the world’s #1 AI CRM platform, to digitize SG Cricket’s trade channel sales operations and dealer management system.
The unified Salesforce platform will connect previously siloed data, offering SG a complete 360-degree view of its customers and dealers. The move is aimed at enabling real-time insights, faster decision-making, and more streamlined dealer experiences.
As part of its digital transformation journey, SG will deploy Salesforce Service Cloud to automate workflows, boost field productivity, enhance customer support, and strengthen dealer relationships through a centralized management system. With over 850 dealers across India and a diverse product portfolio that spans cricket bats, protective gear, footwear, and sportswear, the initiative marks a significant milestone in SG’s technology-driven growth.
