Bengaluru : Sattva Group has issued a statement clarifying its involvement in a land development project in Bandapur village, following recent allegations against the company and its executive, Mr. Ashwin Sancheti.
In a press release the company spokes person stated that Sattva entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) on 14th August 2023 with Smt. R. Radha and her four children, the legal heirs of the late Shri S. Krishnan, for the development of a 12-acre, 3012 Guntas land parcel. Sattva Group clarified that its involvement in the project is strictly limited to the terms outlined in the agreement.
The company strongly refuted the allegations made against Mr. Ashwin Sancheti and Sattva Group, calling them baseless and contradictory to the existing factual and legal record. Sattva Group emphasized that it follows all legal requirements and established business processes, denying any involvement in illegal activities such as impersonation or document fabrication.
Sattva Group has assured that it is taking necessary legal steps to present the correct facts to the police authorities and will fully cooperate in the ongoing investigation. The company has requested media outlets to refrain from publishing unverified allegations or images of Mr. Sancheti or company officers.
