Samsung introduced its latest addition to the Galaxy A series in India – the Galaxy A05, featuring a remarkable 50MP wide-angle camera. Priced at Rs 12,499 for the 6GB+128 GB variant and Rs 9,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant, the smartphone will be accessible through Samsung exclusive and retail stores, offering color options such as Light Green, Silver, and Black.
In a statement, Akshay S Rao, Category Head of Samsung MX Division, highlighted the device's emphasis on meaningful innovation. The Galaxy A05 boasts a substantial 5000 mAh battery, a striking 6.7-inch HD+ display, MediaTek G85 processor, and the iconic Galaxy signature design.
The MediaTek G85 processor enhances power and speed, facilitating efficient multitasking. The phone includes a RAM plus feature, intelligently analyzing usage patterns and providing an additional virtual RAM of up to 6 GB, according to the company.
Equipped with a dual-camera setup, the Galaxy A05 showcases a 50MP wide-angle camera and a 2MP depth-sensing camera, along with an 8MP front camera for selfies. The device supports up to 25W Super-Fast Charging, ensuring swift recharging to full power. Samsung emphasizes the Galaxy A05's future readiness with four years of security updates and two generations of OS upgrades.
