Good news for Samsung users in India, as their wait for the OneUI 7 update is about to finally be over.
Today, Samsung has officially started rolling out its new software update, One UI 7, based on Android 15, in India along with a few other selected markets.
According to reports, Samsung will likely release the OpenUI 7 update between April 28 to May 4 for several popular models, including the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and the Galaxy Tab S9 series.
Some users in the US have already started receiving the update, according to Sammy Fans. One UI 7 comes with a fresh design, upgraded widgets, and a new feature called the “Now Bar” on the lock screen that shows live updates.
One UI 7 is based on Android 15 and brings several exciting changes. Some of the new features include a vertical-scrolling app drawer, redesigned icons, improved widget customization, and large folders on the home screen. The update also comes with a fresh new look and updated designs for many Samsung apps.
