Samsung One UI 8 Rollout: Full List of Galaxy Devices Getting Update

Samsung has confirmed the rollout schedule for its Android 16-based One UI 8 software across multiple Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The update, already live for the Galaxy S25 series, will begin reaching other models starting next month.
The company shared the release plan through its official community channels, outlining which Galaxy devices will be updated in October and November.
The following devices are set to receive the One UI 8 update in October:
* Galaxy S24 series and Galaxy S24 FE
* Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy S23 FE
* Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, and Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition
* Galaxy S22 series
* Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S10 FE series
* Galaxy Tab S9 and Tab S9 FE series
* Galaxy Tab Active 5
* Galaxy A36, A35, A34, A25, and A53
* Galaxy XCover 7 Pro
November rollout
Devices scheduled for the update in November include:
* Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5
* Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4
* Galaxy Tab S8 series
* Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro
* Galaxy Tab A9 and Tab A11
* Galaxy A16, A15, A24, and A33
Devices not listed
Samsung has clarified that additional eligible devices not included in the October or November batches will receive One UI 8 in December or in early 2026.
Features arriving with One UI 8
One UI 8 introduces several functional enhancements. On the Galaxy Z Flip’s FlexWindow, the Now Bar will provide real-time app updates and media progress. The new Now Brief feature will deliver personalised alerts such as traffic status, reminders, and Samsung Moments. Users can also expect tailored music and video suggestions and integrated health updates from Galaxy Watch devices.
