Samsung Galaxy Users: One UI 8 Update Arrives—Check Your Phone!
Samsung rolls out Android 16-based One UI 8 update for Galaxy XCover7 Pro, A33, A53, M34, M35, Wide 7, and Quantum 3. Check your phone now.

Samsung's One UI 8 stable update is now accessible for seven additional smartphone models, among which are the Galaxy XCover7 Pro, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A53, Galaxy M34, Galaxy M35, Galaxy Wide 7, and Galaxy Quantum 3.
The Galaxy XCover7 Pro is the first handset to get the Android 16-based update in South Korea. It is likely that users outside Korea will also be notified very soon after that the update is available for their devices.
The mid-range Galaxy A-series of Samsung along with the XCover7 Pro is also getting One UI 8 in South Korea. The firmware version for the Galaxy A33 5G is GYI3 while the Galaxy A53 5G has GYI2.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Wide 7 (which is sold as Galaxy M15 in other markets) is getting the firmware CYI6, and the Quantum 3 (marketed as and sold outside Korea as Galaxy M53) has GYI4. The update not only incorporates the latest Android 16 platform but also One UI 8 features.
One UI 8 update rollouts have begun in India for the Samsung Galaxy M34 and M35, and their corresponding firmware versions are M346BXXU8EYI8 and M356BXXU5CY18 respectively. Both the models come with multiple RAM and storage options with the M35 having 128GB/8GB and 256GB/8GB variants.
Users who haven't received an update, can check for software update manually in settings.
