Samsung Galaxy S24 Snapdragon India price revealed — worth the wait?
Samsung brings Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S24 to India. Launch soon on Flipkart, price from Rs 74,999 with Android 15 and 4000mAh battery.

Samsung is set to introduce a new variant of its Galaxy S24 series in India, this time powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The model, listed as “Galaxy S24 Snapdragon,” has appeared on Flipkart with a “Coming Soon” banner, signaling its imminent arrival.
In early 2024, Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 in India with its in-house Exynos 2400 processor, while select global markets received the Snapdragon version. Nearly two years later, the company has decided to bring the Snapdragon-based edition to Indian buyers, effectively replacing the Exynos model in the region.
The announcement comes shortly after the debut of the Galaxy S25 FE, which continues to run on the Exynos 2400 platform. However, unlike the new Snapdragon-equipped Galaxy S24, the Galaxy S24 Plus remains available in the country with the Exynos chipset.
The Galaxy S24 Snapdragon will be priced at Rs 74,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option, while the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model will cost Rs 79,999. Samsung has not disclosed the exact sale date, but the device will ship with Android 15 pre-installed, compared to the earlier Exynos variant that launched with Android 14.
The upcoming variant retains the design and hardware of the earlier Galaxy S24 release. It features a 6.2-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Samsung’s Vision Booster technology. The rear camera system includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera with optical zoom capability. Power is supported by a 4000mAh battery.
