POCO C61 gears up for launch with a refreshing facelift: A budget phone below Rs 10000

Xiaomi's popular brand POCO is gearing up to introduce a new addition to its C series lineup - the POCO C61. Rumored to hit the market soon, this Android smartphone is anticipated to be priced at less than $100 while boasting the latest Bluetooth 5.4 technology. The device may feature a stylish camera hump design and a 90Hz HD+ display, although specifics remain uncertain.

Recent reports suggest that the POCO C61 could potentially be a rebranded version of the Redmi A3, a speculation fueled by similarities in model numbers revealed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The model number 2312BPC51H associated with the C61 closely resembles the 23129RN51H, which is attributed to the Redmi A3. Additionally, Bluetooth SIG certification further supports this speculation, as both devices share the same certification on the site.

Equipped with the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC, the POCO C61 is expected to deliver solid performance, especially considering its entry-level status. Notably, the device may deviate from the traditional POCO design with a round camera hump. While this design choice aims to set it apart, it remains to be seen how it will be received by consumers.

Overall, the impending launch of the POCO C61 has generated significant anticipation among smartphone enthusiasts, especially those seeking a budget-friendly option with advanced features.
