Pixel 9 Now Cheaper on Flipkart, Pixel 10 Launch Nears

Flipkart has reduced the price of Google's Pixel 9 smartphone as part of a limited-time promotional offer, just weeks ahead of the Pixel 10's global debut.
The 256GB Wintergreen variant of the Pixel 9 is now retailing for Rs 74,999, down from its original price of Rs 79,999. In addition to the 6 percent base discount, customers using HDFC Bank credit cards for EMI transactions can receive an extra Rs 7,000 off, effectively bringing the price down to Rs 67,999.
Released earlier this year, the Pixel 9 is powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G4 chip and comes equipped with a 6.3-inch display. The device features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor and a 48MP secondary lens, along with a 10.5MP front-facing camera.
The offer comes as Google prepares to launch the Pixel 10 series globally on August 20, with the India launch scheduled for August 21. Analysts expect further price reductions for the Pixel 9 in the run-up to the next-generation device’s arrival.
