Oppo is about to promote its Reno 15 family to a greater extent through the unveiling of the Oppo Reno 15c which is expected to be first in China on December 19. Now, the device has already shown up on the China Telecom database which included its main characteristics, options of storage, and color choices before the event.
The listing reveals that the Reno 15c will come with a 6.59-inch OLED panel that has a 1.5K resolution (2760×1256) and 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint reader. The smartphone is likely to have an aluminum alloy structure and be IP68/69 rated, thereby providing superior dust and water protection.
The phone could be equipped with a triple-camera configuration at the back, with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide IMX355, and a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens. For making self-portraits, the gadget is said to have a 50MP front camera.
The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (SM7750) processor accompanied by 12GB RAM and multiple storage options. The Reno 15c is likely to feature ColorOS 16 built on Android 16.
One of the noteworthy features is the 6,500mAh battery coupled with 80W fast charging which helps it to be among the best battery performers of its category.
Oppo Reno 15c is available in three different colors: Aurora Blue, College Blue, and Starlight Bow. The Reno 15c, with its mix of robustness, camera improvements, and large battery capacity, seems to be a very good candidate to take place in the mid-range segment of Oppo’s smartphone portfolio.
