Oppo Reno 14, 14 Pro 5G India Launch Set for July 3

Oppo is set to introduce the Reno 14 5G series in India on July 3, with the launch event scheduled for 12 PM IST in Dehradun. The brand officially announced the date via its social media platforms, confirming the debut of both the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G models for the Indian market.

Ahead of the launch, both smartphones have been listed on Amazon and Flipkart, signaling wide online availability post-launch. Oppo India has also activated a dedicated microsite to engage users and build anticipation for the upcoming release.

The Reno 14 Pro 5G variant for India is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset. Camera features include a quad-rear setup, each sensor offering 50 megapixels. The device is designed to support enhanced AI features like AI Editor 2.0, AI Perfect Shot, AI Livephoto, and AI Voice Enhancer. Powering the Pro model will be a 6,200mAh battery coupled with 80W fast charging support.

The standard Reno 14 5G will feature a triple rear camera module, highlighted by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX5883 sensor. Both the regular and Pro variants are expected to carry 50-megapixel front cameras to support AI-enhanced selfies.

Visually, the Reno 14 series leans into a design reminiscent of Apple’s iPhone, with an emphasis on symmetry and minimalism. The handsets aim to capitalize on AI tools that improve imaging, audio clarity, and user interactivity.

While the company has yet to confirm prices officially, market expectations suggest the Reno 14 5G may start near Rs 33,200 and the Reno 14 Pro 5G at approximately Rs 41,500 — similar to their Chinese counterparts priced at CNY 2,799 and CNY 3,499 respectively. Final pricing details will be shared during the launch event.
