Oppo Find X9 & X9 Pro Launched Globally: India Release Confirmed in Nov

Oppo has officially unwrapped its new flagship smartphones, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, at a special event in Barcelona. The new models will be accessible to the European and UK markets first, while the Indian launch will be in November. Both smartphones will be assembled in India, which will likely lead to a price difference that is lower compared to the European versions.
The starting price of the Find X9 in Europe is €999 (around Rs 1,02,800), while the price of the X9 Pro is €1,299 (approximately Rs 1,33,600). The exact price in India is still not known, but local production and tax incentives could lead to a lower price. The Find X9 Pro is going to be available in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal colors. On the other hand, the Find X9 is available in three colors: Space Black, Titanium Grey, and Velvet Red.
Oppo's flagship smartphones are equipped with the latest Dimensity 9500 processor from MediaTek. Oppo boasts a 32% faster CPU, 33% more powerful GPU, and 111% increase in NPU performance compared to the previous generation. The chipset power disbursement is 55% less for CPU tasks and 56% less for AI operations, hence promising greater efficiency and battery life.
In terms of display, the Find X9 series comes with 120Hz OLED with 1,800 nits full-screen brightness and even 3,600 nits in outdoor conditions. The displays are also capable of dimming to a mere 1 nit for nighttime comfort. Moreover, Oppo has replaced the Find X8 series optical fingerprint sensor with a more secure ultrasonic one, thus improving security The two smartphones have incorporated flat-edged designs thus retaining the IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications that enhance their durability.
Battery capacities of smartphones have been enlarged to a great extent. The Find X9 comes with a battery of 7,025mAh which supports 80W wired, 50W wireless, and 10W reverse charging. The X9 Pro packs a 7,500mAh battery with a support of charging at a speed of 90W wired and 50W wireless. Oppo claims that these batteries will still retain 80% of their initial capacity after five years of regular usage.
The X9 Pro is the best entertainer in the series when it comes to photography. It boasts a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with a 7-element f/1.5 lens and OIS, as well as a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto camera which on top of having Prism Hybrid OIS can also shoot 4K 120fps videos. Moreover, Oppo has allied itself continuously with Hasselblad for color tuning and professional imaging.
The X9 phone gets the main sensor of 50MP Sony LYT-808 with OIS, together with a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN5 sensor. There is an introduction of a new 9-channel True Color Camera sensor to improve the accuracy of colors in different lighting conditions. Moreover, Oppo provides a teleconverter lens accessory exclusively for the X9 Pro, which increases optical zoom up to 10x for photos and 50x for videos.
Oppo has made it known that the Find X9 series would be launched in India in November, with a leak indicating that the event could take place on November 26. The devices will be made locally which will in turn lead to lower prices compared to the European variants as a result of local manufacturing.
