Oppo Find X9 Specs Leak: Flat OLED, Dimensity 9500, Hasselblad Tech

Oppo’s next-generation flagship smartphone, the Find X9, is yet to be officially announced, but a series of leaks has revealed key details about its design, specifications, and release timeline. Reports indicate that Oppo will unveil the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in October in China, while a third model, the Find X9 Ultra, is expected to follow in 2026.

The Find X9 is tipped to feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This marks a shift from previous Find X models, which often featured curved screens. The device may also include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

Leaks suggest the Find X9 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, a flagship processor expected to appear in the Pro model as well. The phone could include a 7,025mAh battery, offering support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. It is likely to ship with Android 16, layered with Oppo’s ColorOS 16 interface.

Oppo is reportedly equipping the Find X9 with a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Samsung JN9 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. A 50MP Samsung JN1 selfie camera is expected at the front. Oppo’s collaboration with Hasselblad is likely to continue, with enhancements from its in-house Lumo imaging system.

The device is expected to feature dual stereo speakers, an improved x-axis linear motor, and IP68/69 water and dust resistance. Oppo may also reintroduce the Plus key, which was missing in the Find X8 series. The Find X9 series is expected to include the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro at launch, with a premium Find X9 Ultra scheduled for a later release.
