OnePlus sets Dec 17 reveal for 15R, Pad Go 2 with new upgrades
OnePlus will reveal the 15R and Pad Go 2 on December 17 in India. New chipset, 5G option and upgraded storage expected. Know everything before launch.

India will see the OnePlus 15R smartphone along with the second-generation OnePlus Pad Go 2, on December 17. The sale of both products on that day will not only be reasoned to the company's new practice of release-and-sale alignment.
Teaser posts have been the company's way of providing early information. The 15R will obviously come in two colors — Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze and it seems to be backed by a flat metal mid-frame. The rear module has taken inspiration from the design concept used in the OnePlus 15 series and visualizes two rear cameras. This setup hints at the dismissal of the telephoto lens that was present in the earlier model.
OnePlus has announced an extensive range of durability standards for the 15R. The phone possesses the highest ratings for both water and dust.
The R line-up usually reflects the China-only OnePlus Ace models. Now there are rumors of a shift. The consumer electronics market spies point out that the 15R may get the OnePlus Ace 6T script, which went to China with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. In case this happens, the 15R will not be taking the Snapdragon 8 Elite and will be launched with the latest Qualcomm flagship processor right away.

Apart from the smartphone, OnePlus will also give the Pad Go 2 tablet to the market. The device comes in Shadow Black and Lavender Drift colors. In addition to that, Shadow Black will be the color of the tablet that will connect to 5G thereby making it the first of its kind in the pad go series to support mobile. Further, a new Pad Go 2 Stylo will also be introduced by the company, which will be the first integrated stylus for the Pad Go series.
FoneArena has found listings that suggest the presence of a variant with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The smartphone has a mono rear camera that is not equipped with a flash.
