OnePlus Buds 4 & Nord CE 5 Launched in India: Full Details

OnePlus on Wednesday expanded its Nord portfolio in India with the introduction of two new smartphones and a pair of earbuds. The launch includes the OnePlus Nord 5, Nord CE 5, and the OnePlus Buds 4, with key upgrades in battery, processing power, and audio enhancements.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 debuts with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset and features a large 7,100mAh battery. It also sports a 6.77-inch OLED screen supporting 120Hz refresh rate and Gaming HDR for immersive gaming and video experiences.

Performance is boosted with a vapor chamber cooling system measuring 7041mm². Gamers can enjoy up to 120 FPS in titles like BGMI and Call of Duty: Mobile. The device also brings 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging with Bypass Charging support and long-term battery care through a built-in Battery Health Engine.

Photography is powered by a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor, enhanced by RAW HDR processing and the ability to record 4K HDR videos at 60fps. The device offers Ultra HDR Live Photos and has an IP65 rating for water resistance. Expandable storage up to 1TB is supported through a MicroSD slot.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 comes in three color variants: Black Infinity, Marble Mist, and Nexus Blue. It will be available from July 12 through open sales. Starting price is Rs 24,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Other configurations include 8+256GB and 12+256GB.

Promotional offers bring the effective price to Rs 22,999 with select bank cards. EMI options are available for up to six months without interest and also through in-store financing with zero down payment.

The Buds 4 are priced at Rs 5,999 and come in Zen Green and Storm Gray. With introductory discounts, the effective price is Rs 5,499. Sales began on July 9 at 12 PM IST, alongside the Nord 5.

Each earbud weighs 4.7 grams and features an 11mm woofer paired with a 6mm tweeter in a coaxial dual-driver setup. Noise cancellation reaches up to 55dB over a frequency range of 5500Hz, adapting 800 times per second.

The earbuds support LHDC 5.0 codec and are certified for Hi-Res Wireless Audio. Features include OnePlus 3D Audio, Golden Sound tuning, and real-time AI-driven call noise reduction. Battery life is rated at 11 hours per earbud and 45 hours with the case. A quick 10-minute charge provides 11 hours of use.

Game Mode delivers 47ms low latency. The earbuds also support Google Fast Pair, dual-device connectivity, gesture controls, and voice assistant integration. Steady Connect ensures stable Bluetooth performance even in crowded areas. TÜV Rheinland certifies battery safety for over 1,000 charge cycles.
