The most recent phone in the number series, the OnePlus 15 5G, has positioned itself within the Indian top-tier market, which means there is going to be yet another round of the comparison with the Google Pixel 10 5G, which was launched earlier this year. Both the gadgets have in common the users who are looking for the power primarily, gaming-ready displays, long battery life, and AI features, but they go with different methods. So this is a very clear and simple comparison to let the customers know what really meets their requirements.

With the 15 5G phone, OnePlus has come with a distinctively different design. It has a metallic round-edged frame and a square back enclosure for cameras. The phone is also IP69-rated for its water and dust protection at the highest level possible.

Google has more or less repeated its earlier design for the Pixel 10 5G. The well-known feature camera bar is still there, and the device's construction has an IP68 rating which means it is a bit less protected than OnePlus.

In the display department, OnePlus chooses the bigger and faster route. The 15 5G features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 165Hz, which completely satisfies the needs of gamers and the fast-scroll users. The Pixel 10 has a 6.3-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, which takes a more conservative but balanced approach that is just right for everyday use.

The OnePlus 15 5G comes with three camera sensors of 50MP each—main, ultrawide, and a telephoto lens that has the capacity to do 3.5x optical zoom. The device is able to shoot the wide frames and also to maintain the color balance from lens to lens.

Google as usual relies on the power of computation. The Pixel 10 has a setup of a 48MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera with an impressive 5x zoom capability. The Pixel's longer reach is a plus, while the OnePlus' very similar sized sensors is a drawback.

Selfies vary in output: OnePlus places a 32MP front camera, while Pixel partners up with a 10.5MP unit.

OnePlus unleashes Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 alongside up to 16GB RAM, a combination designed for speed-heavy tasks and gaming sessions.

On the other hand, Google’s Pixel 10 5G is based on the Tensor G5 which is a chip designed for on-device AI processing rather than to unleash peak raw power. The device comes with 12GB RAM but a large part of its strength comes from AI-driven features integrated into the Android operating system.

Battery capacity is the point where the difference becomes very apparent. OnePlus equips the device with a 7300mAh battery that is fast charged up to 120W, thus providing a long period of usage and a very short time to recharge. The battery of the Pixel 10, which has a capacity of 4970mAh, accepts 30W wired charging, making it less enduring and slow in charging compared to the 10.

OnePlus debut the 15 5G for Rs 72,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version. Google has set the Pixel 10 5G’s price at Rs 79,999 for the identical memory arrangement.

Customers who prefer a long-lasting battery, faster charging, a big display, and potent raw performance might go for OnePlus. However, those who appreciate tight software integration, superior photos, and AI-led features will likely choose Google.
