A leaked image circulating online has provided an early look at the OnePlus 15, revealing potential design changes and hardware details ahead of its official launch, according to a report by Mint.
The image indicates a departure from the circular camera module used in earlier OnePlus models, including the OnePlus 13. Instead, the OnePlus 15 appears to feature a square-shaped camera housing with rounded corners. Sources suggest the module will accommodate three sensors, aligning with previous claims about the company moving toward a more angular camera design.
Colour options for the OnePlus 15 are expected to include Black, Purple, and Titanium. Memory configurations reportedly range from 12GB RAM paired with either 256GB or 512GB storage to 16GB RAM with similar storage capacities. The highest-end variant may offer 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
Display details suggest the smartphone will have a 6.78-inch flat LTPO screen with 1.5K resolution. The panel could support refresh rates up to 165Hz. Battery capacity is expected to exceed 7,000mAh, with 100W wired fast charging.
Industry observers are questioning whether OnePlus will skip the number 14. The OnePlus 13, launched in 2024, featured the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, up to 24GB RAM, 1TB storage, and a 6,000mAh battery supporting both wired and wireless fast charging. At present, it remains unclear if the OnePlus 15 will directly follow the OnePlus 13 or if a OnePlus 14 will be introduced first.
