In addition, Nubia introduced its first consumer-grade tablet, packed with AI-powered functions for document and image editing. The tablet also offers personalized study plans and style recommendations, catering to the diverse work, study, and entertainment needs of younger users.
Industry analysts predict that the next two to three years will be crucial for the widespread integration of AI in consumer electronics. They expect that AI functionalities will drive major upgrades in smartphones and other devices, creating significant growth opportunities for both hardware manufacturers and app developers.
Research from International Data Corp (IDC) supports this outlook, forecasting that next-generation AI smartphones will account for over 50 percent of the Chinese market by 2027. Globally, IDC projects AI smartphone shipments to hit 912 million units by 2028, with a compound annual growth rate of 78.4 percent.
