Consumer tech brand Nothing will open its first retail outlet in India on July 12 at UB City Mall, Bengaluru. The launch event coincides with the upcoming release of the Nothing Phone 3 and the debut of Headphone 1. The first 100 customers purchasing the Phone 3 at the new store will receive Headphone 1 at no extra cost.

The Bengaluru store, located at 24, Vittal Mallya Road, Ashok Nagar, will begin operations at 7 PM IST. Nothing has not disclosed any pre-registration or queue policies. The offer appears to follow a first-come, first-served model. Prospective buyers are advised to arrive early to increase their chances of claiming the bundled offer.

Nothing Phone 3 will be available in two memory configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage priced at Rs 79,999, and a higher variant offering 16GB RAM and 512GB storage at Rs 89,999. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, the device features a 6.67-inch OLED screen with 10-bit color depth, 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 4500 nits.

Optics include a triple 50MP rear camera module (main, ultra-wide, and telephoto with 3x optical zoom) and a 50MP front-facing camera. Other features include Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5, IP68 certification, support for 65W fast charging, wireless charging, reverse wireless power share, and a redesigned Glyph Matrix interface. Buyers will also receive software updates for five years.

Headphone 1, also launching July 15, incorporates a transparent over-ear design with 40mm drivers developed in collaboration with KEF. It offers spatial audio with head-tracking, active noise cancellation, and a claimed battery life of up to 80 hours (35 hours with ANC). The device supports USB-C audio, LDAC, Bluetooth, and includes a 3.5mm audio jack. Users can fine-tune audio settings and remap controls through the Nothing X mobile application.

In the UK, Nothing is running a similar campaign. The first 100 in-store buyers at the Soho outlet will receive a storage upgrade at no additional charge. Paying 799 Pounds secures the 16GB variant, normally priced at 899 Pounds. Headphone 1 is also included at no extra cost.

Online pre-orders in the UK and US mirror this offer. Buyers automatically get the higher storage model for the base model price and receive complimentary Nothing Ear TWS earbuds. Those adding Headphone 1 to their cart will see a price reduction of 29.9 Pounds in the UK and $44.85 in the US.
