No need to rename Bengaluru as TecHalli

There is no need to give it a regional kind of twist.

Bengaluru is known for being the technology-hub worldwide and no one in the international market will understand the meaning of 'HALLI' which is in Kannada till we actually convince them or tell them about its meaning.

So instead of TecHalli, let the name remain as Bengaluru
