Navana.ai has unveiled 'Bodhi', its latest multilingual Voice AI model, as part of India's increasing focus on AI development. With availability in over 11 languages, this innovation comes at a pivotal time as the government intensifies efforts through initiatives like IndiaAI Mission.
Established in 2018 by Raoul Nanavati and Jai Nanavati, Navana.ai aims to empower businesses in creating user-friendly digital interfaces, particularly targeting the next billion users.
The latest version of Navana Automatic Voice Recognition (ASR) software adopts a plug-and-play approach, making it easier for businesses to adopt and implement. It boasts enhanced customization options and delivers over 85 per cent accuracy with faster response times.
Recognizing the preference for voice-based interactions among nearly 75 per cent of the population, Raoul Nanavati, Co-founder of Navana.ai, emphasized the company's commitment to breaking communication barriers, especially among non-English speaking Internet users.
The company's flagship deployment, the 'Hello Ujjivan' app, developed in collaboration with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, has garnered significant traction. With availability in nine languages, the app has garnered 725,000 downloads, with an overwhelming 99 per cent of users being women.
Every month, the app facilitates 50,000 loan repayments and secures consent from 40,000 customers for new loan requests.
Raoul Nanavati expressed confidence that 'Bodhi' would seamlessly integrate with Indian language models (LLMs) and significantly contribute to real-time AI applications across various industries and channels.
