Motorola Enters Laptop Market with Moto Book 60 Pro, Price Revealed

Motorola has introduced the Moto Book 60 Pro in India, a premium thin-and-light laptop that marks the company’s entry into the higher-end Windows notebook category. The device is available for purchase starting Friday across Flipkart, Motorola’s website, and retail outlets nationwide.
The Moto Book 60 Pro carries a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel reaches up to 1100 nits brightness and offers full DCI-P3 color coverage, aimed at users who prioritize accurate visuals. The laptop weighs 1.39 kilograms and features an all-metal build in two Pantone-curated finishes, Bronze Green and Wedgewood.
Performance is driven by Intel’s latest Core Ultra 5 or Core Ultra 7 H series processors, paired with up to 32 gigabytes of DDR5 memory. The chip platform integrates AI features designed to accelerate everyday tasks such as video calls, image tools, and battery efficiency. Motorola positions the notebook for multitasking, heavy browser sessions, and light creative workflows such as video timeline edits and batch photo processing.
The device also integrates Motorola’s Smart Connect ecosystem, enabling tighter coordination with other Motorola hardware. Functions include cross-device control of tablets from the laptop, seamless app streaming to larger displays, and quick file transfers through swipe gestures.
Durability standards have been addressed with MIL-STD-810H certification across 21 categories, covering resistance to shocks, vibrations, and temperature shifts. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support aim to enhance media playback, while a 60 watt-hour battery paired with 65 watt fast charging is designed to handle a full day of typical usage with shorter recharge times.
Pricing in India starts at Rs 59,990 for the Core Ultra 5 model with 16 gigabytes RAM and 512 gigabytes storage. The Core Ultra 7 configuration with 32 gigabytes RAM and 512 gigabytes storage is available at Rs 75,990. Sales began at 12 pm on September 5 through online and offline channels.
