Lava Agni 4 Price & Specs Leak: Flagship Device Set to Hit Indian Market

Lava Mobiles is set to introduce its next top model, the Lava Agni 4, after a number of teasers that hinted the device’s arrival was coming soon. The firm has not made any formal announcement about the name or the specs but many online sources and social media discussions are pointing to Lava Agni 4 as the next model.

Recently, Lava Mobiles posted on X the words “Coming Soon” and the four fire emojis, which got lots of people thinking that this was indeed a reference to the Agni series, since “Agni” means “fire.” Sunil Raina, the Managing Director of Lava, fueled the speculation even more by posting a similar message with fire emojis and the word “Soon.” These posts have created a lot of excitement about the next smartphone generation.

At the beginning of the month, Lava also indicated that it would be releasing the Agni 4 in November but did not give a specific date or anything else.

The teaser pictures depict a black phone with a horizontal ellipsoidal camera module on the back which suggests that there is indeed going to be a change in design as compared to the previous version. The BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification of the device also tells that the company is ready to launch it very soon.

Insiders in the mobile industry say that Lava Agni 4 may be priced at around Rs 25,000 in India. The Lava Agni 3 was sold for Rs 20,999 for the version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The upcoming device is likely to have a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate as its main feature. The phone is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor along with UFS 4.0 storage going forward. If rumors are to be believed, the Lava Agni 4 will boast a dual 50MP rear camera and a 7,000mAh battery as its core specs.

Lava Mobiles will probably uncover more about the Agni 4 within the upcoming weeks, including the date and specs of the launch.
