The app is launched 21% faster, video playback is smoother by 10%, and touch response latency is lower by 9%. A total of over 100 system animations have been tweaked for overall smoother performance.
The new upgrade comes with visual changes to the system. Xiaomi Super Island has become a live hub for notifications and activities integrating more than 70 services. The users can now use AI-driven dynamic wallpapers with depth effects, new icons creation, customizable desktop grids, and cinematic lock screens with one interface for personalization. The Photo Album application has added smart search and automatically made Pet Albums that it generates itself.
The AI has also undergone an upgrade in its features. The Super XiaoAi Assistant is now capable of reading on-screen information and offering pertinent answers. Users have the option of highlighting certain parts of the content in order to initiate actions such as searching, translating, or sharing, with the process being comparable to that of Google’s Circle to Search feature.
