Is Your Pixel 10 Screen Acting Weird? Display Glitch Still Haunts Phones
Many Pixel 10 owners face persistent display bugs, including ghost buttons and static lines, even after Google’s latest updates and hotfixes.

Even with the recent updates that were specifically aimed at fixing the problem, still quite a few of Google Pixel 10 users are experiencing the display glitches. The problem that has been widely talked about, the fuzzy display bug, is the one that makes the screens of these phones look like those of very old televisions (static or colored lines are shown).
It was back in September 2025 when Google first acknowledged the issue and subsequently released a hotfix. Right after that, the October patch was issued to correct the display inconsistencies that still lingered. But some users say that the bug is still there even after they have had the latest updates installed.
More than one person on r/GooglePixel subreddit has stated that they have been experiencing ghost buttons, touch inputs that don’t respond, and display bugs that cause artifacts. One Reddit user KJ9712 has reported that despite the device being updated with the October patch, the static lines and other anomalies keep appearing. Likewise, other users have had the same issue which indicates that the problem has not been fully fixed for everyone yet.
Restarting the phone hard temporarily appears to be one of the solutions, but it would be really annoying for the users who use their phones for their primary communication, internet browsing, and entertainment if the problem occurs again and again.
As of now, there has been limited reporting about the fuzzy display bug, so it is still uncertain whether the problem is widespread or has been isolated to just a few devices. Google has always been quick in solving hardware and software issues of Pixel devices, so maybe, if the problem goes beyond the small base of users, some more updates will be released.
For the time being, Pixel 10 users facing display issues are encouraged to check that their devices have the latest software and to go through official Google support channels for any fixes that are in the pipeline.
