Samsung and OnePlus smartphones leaks: Galaxy S26 Ultra design revealed, OnePlus 15 global launch confirmed with Sand Storm finish.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra has appeared in new CAD-based renders, revealing a revised design similar to the current FE and standard S models. The leak shows a pill-shaped camera module at the back, with the device adopting more rounded edges compared to the ongoing Ultra model.
The S26 Ultra is rumored to feature a 200MP primary sensor, accompanied by a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP 3x optical zoom lens with a lower-tier sensor, and the 5x optical zoom unit carried over from the S25 Ultra. Reports indicate Samsung is not planning major camera hardware changes for any of the S26 series devices next year.
In parallel, OnePlus has unveiled details of its upcoming OnePlus 15, including a new Sand Storm color option and confirmation of a global release. The aluminum frame uses a micro-arc oxidation process, which forges a ceramic coating directly onto the metal. According to OnePlus, this treatment increases surface hardness by 3.4 times compared to raw aluminum and makes it 1.3 times tougher than titanium. The back panel is made from smooth fiber-glass.
The OnePlus 15 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and is expected to launch later this month. The phone will be available in three color options. Official unboxing videos released in China have highlighted the Sand Storm variant and front design.
Other Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 devices are also entering the market. iQOO teased its 15 series, which is set to debut in China later this month. The handset will reportedly include a 7,000mAh battery and a telephoto lens capable of 100x digital zoom, with camera samples revealed in Berlin.
Motorola is preparing its Moto X70 Air, a thin smartphone expected by the end of October. The device is likely to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, with Motorola listed as one of the chip’s launch partners.
Samsung’s Galaxy S26 lineup will undergo minor naming adjustments. The Plus variant may be replaced by an Edge model, with the vanilla S26 likely to be renamed S26 Pro. The Pro is expected to retain a 50MP main sensor, 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. The S26 Edge will reportedly carry a 200MP main sensor along with a 50MP ultrawide camera.
The S26 Ultra will remain the series’ camera-focused model, with the same 5x optical zoom lens and a downgraded 3x zoom lens. No major upgrades to Samsung’s flagship camera system have been confirmed, maintaining consistency with the S21 through S25 series.
