According to a leak from Chinese tipster Instant Digital, the iPhone 17 Pro is expected to launch with 256GB storage as the base variant, replacing last year’s 128GB entry-level model. Along with this upgrade, Apple could raise the US price by $50 compared to the iPhone 16 Pro.

• In India, the same model could be priced around ₹1,25,000, up from last year’s ₹1,19,900 for the 128GB variant.
• For comparison, the iPhone 16 Pro (128GB) launched at $999 in the US and ₹1,19,900 in India, while the 256GB variant cost $1,199 and ₹1,29,900 respectively.
• If the leak proves accurate, buyers will get double the base storage at a relatively modest price increase.
