Intel unveils AI-focused Arc Pro GPUs and Gaudi 3 accelerators at Computex 2025

At Computex 2025, Intel has pulled the curtain back on its latest hardware innovations, with a strong focus on AI and professional-grade computing. The tech giant introduced two new GPUs—the Intel Arc Pro B60 and Arc Pro B50—designed specifically for AI inference and workstation applications. In addition, Intel also launched new deployment options for its Gaudi 3 AI accelerators, along with an open-source AI Assistant Builder for developers.
Arc Pro B60 & B50: Built for AI and Workstations
The newly announced Intel Arc Pro B60 and Pro B50 GPUs are built on Intel’s Xe2 architecture, featuring Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) AI cores and ray tracing units. These capabilities enable high-end performance suited for engineers, creators, and developers working on demanding AI and design tasks.
Arc Pro B60 comes equipped with 24GB of memory
Arc Pro B50 offers 16GB of memory
Both support multi-GPU scalability
Optimised for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and AI inference workloads
Intel notes that these GPUs are compatible with both consumer and professional drivers on Windows, and support a containerised software stack on Linux, making them easier to deploy in AI environments.
AI Assistant Builder Goes Open Source
Intel has also introduced the AI Assistant Builder, a new open-source framework designed to help developers build and run AI agents on Intel-based AI PCs. Available in beta on GitHub, this tool is aimed at making AI development more accessible and streamlined.
Gaudi 3 Accelerators: New PCIe Deployment Options
Expanding its AI portfolio, Intel unveiled new PCIe-based deployment options for its Gaudi 3 AI accelerators. These accelerators can now integrate seamlessly into existing data center infrastructures and are ideal for running large-scale AI models such as Llama 3.1 8B and Llama 4 Scout or Maverick.
Key highlights of the Gaudi 3 Rack Scale System:
Supports up to 64 accelerators per rack
Delivers up to 8.2TB of memory bandwidth
Features modular design to avoid vendor lock-in
Uses liquid cooling to enhance performance while reducing operational costs
Availability Timeline
Arc Pro B60: Sampling begins June 2025 through board partners including ASRock, Sparkle, and Gunnir
Arc Pro B50: Available via Intel-authorised resellers starting July 2025
Wider availability of both GPUs expected in the second half of 2025
With these announcements, Intel is making it clear that it's committed to advancing AI computing—from personal AI assistants to scalable enterprise solutions—through powerful, flexible, and developer-friendly hardware and tools.
