HTech Unveils HONOR 90 5G Smartphone in Uttar Pradesh with Initial Emphasis on Major Cities

HTech, a manufacturer of smart devices, is embarking on its market expansion strategy for its smartphone, the HONOR 90 5G, starting with a focus on major cities in Uttar Pradesh. The smartphone was officially launched in the state on September 18.

C P Khandelwal, Senior Vice President of HTech, marked the launch of the smartphone in Lucknow and expressed satisfaction with the initial response. The company has adopted a multi-channel approach, making the product available both online and offline. Khandelwal discussed the marketing strategy, emphasizing that for the initial phase, they have appointed distributors in major cities. This decision aligns with the product's pricing, which is well-suited for major urban centers.

He also mentioned the company's plans for expansion, stating that they will introduce more smartphone models in the near future, reaching not only cities but also towns and various regions. The next product launch is anticipated within two months. The premium HONOR 90 5G smartphone is currently priced starting at Rs 37,999 through online sales channels.

Khandelwal highlighted the significance of Uttar Pradesh as a smartphone market, considering it the largest state by population in India. HTech is actively targeting this market by appointing distributors and establishing a presence in offline retail channels.
