Honor is set to unveil its new Magic 8 series in China on October 16. Ahead of the official announcement, alleged images of the white variant of the Magic 8 Pro have appeared online, revealing key design and camera details.
The leaked images, shared on Weibo, show the Magic 8 Pro in a white finish. The device appears to retain a design consistent with the standard Magic 8 model, including a large circular camera module at the back. The module reportedly houses three rear sensors and an LED flash. Branding within the camera array reads “AiMAGE,” suggesting the use of artificial intelligence for photography enhancements.
On the sides, the power and volume buttons are likely positioned on the right, accompanied by a third, unidentified button, while the left side remains plain. Earlier leaks have hinted at a quad-curved display and a curved rear panel, along with a pill-shaped notch similar to the Magic 7 Pro.
Technical specifications for the Magic 8 Pro indicate it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The device will run MagicOS 10 and feature a 200-megapixel primary camera as part of a triple rear camera setup.
Reports suggest the Magic 8 series will include four models: Magic 8, Magic 8 Mini, Magic 8 Pro, and Magic 8 Max. However, only two models are expected to be launched this month. Additional information about the series is anticipated in the days leading up to the October 16 launch.
