HMD Pulse 2 Smartphones: Specs, Display, and Battery Details Leak
New HMD Pulse 2 series leaks show 6.7-inch displays, 5,000mAh battery, Android 15, and Unisoc Tiger T7250 chip for entry-level and mid-range buyers.

HMD Global is on track to unveil the new HMD Pulse 2 series, which consists of three devices and is projected to significantly increase the company's range of smartphones. As per the leakster smashx_60, the set will consist of HMD Pulse 2, Pulse 2+, and Pulse 2 Pro, with each being aimed at a distinct market segment.
The first rumor indicates that all the devices coming in the series would be powered by the Unisoc Tiger T7250 processor, a 12nm chip which is a very good fit for simple tasks, web surfing, and casual gaming. The setup has two cores of ARM Cortex-A75 running at 1.82 GHz and six of ARM Cortex-A55 at 1.61 GHz. HMD Global and Unisoc have worked together for previous series and the cooperation continues for the Pulses.
The Pulse 2 Pro is seen as the most advanced one among the trio and positioned at the mid-range sector. It possesses a 6.72-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of Full HD+ and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device can be purchased in two memory combinations of 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The camera module at the back is designed like the one on the iPhone 17 Pro, it is placed inside a big rectangular frame. The Pro version comes in three colors: Purple, Green, and Black. Furthermore, it will have a 5000mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging, NFC, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Pulse 2+ has a 6.7 inches display which has a resolution of 720p+ and offers a refresh rate of 120Hz. The camera system has the 50MP main sensor and 13MP selfie shooter. Its battery capacity is the same as Pro's 5000mAh.
The least expensive model Pulse 2, on the other hand, features a 6.7-inch HD+ display and operates at a 90Hz refresh rate. The camera system of Pulse 2 includes a 50MP primary sensor, 2MP secondary lens, and 8MP front-facing camera. Geekbench listings have revealed a 4GB RAM version running Android 15 and the other RAM configurations are likely to be higher for the other variants.
HMD Global has not yet communicated when the products will be officially launched or how much they will cost. However, experts in the field predict that the Finnish mobile phone maker will probably disclose some details soon, within weeks.
