Rockstar Games has made it official now that the release date of Grand Theft Auto 6 is going to be November 19, 2025, the new date with a delay from previous May expectations. The game, just recently, won the “Most Anticipated Game” award at the Game Awards 2025 for the second year in a row, and it is expected the price would be higher owing to the game’s larger content.
The global price structure shows that the regular edition of GTA 6 will be tagged at Rs 7,999 in India, $69 in the US, about £52 in the UK, and AED 253 in Dubai. The Deluxe Edition is priced at Rs 12,999 in India along with the extra in-game content for the fans.
The game will present a change in the storytelling focus. The players will get to be in the shoes of Jason and Lucia, a pair influenced by the modern-day criminal duo Bonnie and Clyde; thus, the game will not have the aging gangster characters as in the previous installments. Still, there would be other protagonists, including Raul Batista, Cal Hampton, and Boobie Ike as well. Also, rumors of a possible third playable character has sparked interest and discussion among the fan communities.
GTA 6 is going to add a lot of new features and changes to gameplay. Entering more buildings, a revamped gun-switching system, and dynamic character-changing are just some of the things players can look forward to. And among the new features, there will also be an in-game social networking site and a “love-meter” that will inform you about the main characters' relationship status, thereby enhancing the interactions and storytelling.
Gamers and industry experts alike are keenly observing the unfolding of events as Rockstar very gradually pages the hype for this milestone release in the series. The first reactions to the trailers and gameplay sneak peeks already point towards the possible new heights in open-world design and narrative development coming with this game.
