Poco F7, F7 Ultra Set to Launch in India Soon: Specs Leaked

Poco is gearing up to introduce the Poco F7 series in India, with fresh teasers hinting at the imminent arrival of two new models: the Poco F7 and the Poco F7 Ultra. Industry sources suggest the devices could debut simultaneously, marking the brand's next major release in the Indian smartphone market.

Poco India recently hinted at an upcoming launch through a post on X (formerly Twitter), sparking speculation about new additions to its F series. The company has also activated a promotional microsite on Flipkart that references the F series but stops short of naming the devices.

Insider reports indicate that the Indian variant of the Poco F7 might sport a 7,550mAh battery—significantly larger than the 6,550mAh unit in the global edition. Both variants are expected to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and feature a 6.83-inch flat LTPS OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Ultra model is expected to mirror its global counterpart, which features a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, triple 50-megapixel rear cameras, a 32-megapixel front sensor, and a 5,300mAh battery. Meanwhile, the standard F7 is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, already released in China.

While the F7 Pro variant has launched in select global markets, current indicators do not point to a near-term India release. However, certifications from IMDA and FCC databases suggest the F7 base model's launch is imminent.

With expectations building, Poco appears set to target both power users and mainstream consumers with these new entries. Official launch dates are expected to be announced shortly via Flipkart and Poco's social channels.
