Oppo K13x 5G Now in India: Starts at Just Rs 11,999

Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has introduced its latest budget 5G device, the Oppo K13x, in the Indian market. The new model follows last year’s K12x and brings enhancements across performance, battery life, and durability.

The device features a reinforced outer shell with 360-degree protection and is certified with MIL-STD 810H for shock resistance. It also carries an IP65 rating, ensuring protection from dust and low-pressure water streams.

The Oppo K13x runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, fabricated using a 6nm process, and offers configurations with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Powering the phone is a 6,000mAh battery, which supports 45W fast charging via USB Type-C.

Oppo has priced the base 4GB RAM + 128GB variant at Rs 11,999. The mid-tier 6GB + 128GB version will retail for Rs 12,999, while the highest 8GB + 256GB model is available at Rs 14,999. An instant discount of Rs 1,000 is available for select bank cardholders.

The K13x will be available in two color variants: Midnight Violet and Sunset Peach. Sales begin June 27 via Flipkart and the official Oppo India website.

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch LCD display, supporting a refresh rate of 120Hz and brightness levels peaking at 1,000 nits. Screen protection is handled by Corning Gorilla Glass 7.

Out of the box, the handset runs Android 15, layered with Oppo’s ColorOS 15. Onboard storage uses UFS 2.2, and RAM is of the LPDDR4X type.

For photography, the K13x houses a dual-camera setup on the rear, led by a 50MP main sensor and supported by a 2MP depth sensor. Selfies and video calls are handled by an 8MP front-facing camera.

The camera suite integrates several AI-powered tools, such as AI Unblur, Reflection Remover, and Reimage. Connectivity features include dual 5G SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.
