Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 Debuts: Top 5 Foldable Phones to Watch This Year

Motorola has done the impossible and brought three new flip phones to the fore. The Razr 2025 and Razr Ultra 2025 will launch globally, including India, as the Razr 60. The top-of-the-line Razr Ultra 2025, with its high-end specs, is already being called one of the best foldable of 2025.

Razr Ultra 2025 is equipped with the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite processor; massive 7-inch AMOLED main screen and 4-inch pOLED external screen with up to 165 Hz refresh rate, and 50MP primary, 50MP ultra-wide-angle, and 50MP selfie camera. The Smartphone carries a 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage capacity.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold is one of the best foldable today, with thin dimensions around 0.2 “inches unfolded and 0.4” inches folded. It comes with a Google Tensor G4 processor coupled with 16GB RAM/256 GB storage and a 4,650mAh battery. The rear camera setup houses a 48MP primary wide lens, 10.5MP ultra-wide lens, and 10.8MP telephoto lens, with addition to 10MP front-camera and inner-camera. It comes equipped with inbuilt Gemini AI assistant that offers a series of powerful features.

With a 7.6-inch full screen and a 6.3-inch cover view, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 camera is equipped with 12MP ultra-wide, 50MP wide-angle, and 10MP telephoto lenses, capped off by a 40MP selfie shooter. Under the hood lies the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset for Galaxy, powered by 12GB RAM and storage that maxes out at 1TB, with a 4,400mAh battery. A variety of AI features enhance the user experience, such as Note Assist, Composer, Sketch to image, along with Google Gemini integration.

The OnePlus Open is a healthy one-and-a-half-year old but still a pocket powerhouse. With a weight of 239 gm and 5.8mm thickness when folded, its 6.3-inch cover opens to 7.82-inch main screen. OnePlus has installed a 48MP SONY LYTIA-T808 main camera, 64MP telephoto, and 48MP ultra-wide in the back and two front cameras: 20MP (main screen); 32MP (cover display).

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 is still one of the top flip phones available, with a seamless and long-lasting folding experience. These come with Android 12 as the OS and the Snapdragon 888 Gen 3 processor: as well as 12GB RAM and a choice of ROM sizes, i.e. either 256GB or 512GB.
